PAKISTAN Engineers Forum (PEF) organized a seminar on crisis management at Pak Shamaa School and College premises, in Mesaimeer area, recently. Head of Crisis Management and Business Continuity at RasGas Liaqat Amin Satti was the key speaker. Satti, a leading Health and Safety Executive (HSE) expert covered various aspects of crisis management while giving real life examples. He presented a very interactive session and also engaged the audience in a lively discussion titled “Hope for the Best but Plan for the Worst.” Satti has over 23 years experience in the fields of Crisis Management and Business Continuity, Industrial HSE Rules, Regulations, Safe Working Practices and Accidents Investigations. Naeem Mahmoud, an advisor to the PEF executive committee, presented a shield of appreciation to Satti. Speaking at the event, PEF President Nadeem Bashir thanked Satti for the enlightening speech and reiterated the forum’s resolve to hold similar technical seminars in the future as well. Vice President of the forum M Tahir Jamil and General Secretary Asfandiar Ansari were also present at the occasion.
